Registration for online attendance includes

  All programs during the entire conference.

  Access to online live sessions to all presentations.

  Participation in online group chats and videos.

  Access to available industry sessions and online networking opportunities.

  Access for up to one week after the official conference to all available content.

   E-certificates for Authors, Reviewers, Committees, and Best Presentations.

Important notes

  1. Students must attach a copy of a valid student identity card or a certificate/letter to the registration form showing the student's status at the University.

  2. A letter or at least one recent scientific article (Title, Affiliation, Journal, DOI,...) or Researchgate, Google Scholar, or Scopus for Scientists, Researchers, Experts, Academics, and Engineers.

  3. Please scan copies of proof of payment for each participation before the starting online registration.

  4. Registration must be submitted ONLINE via the conference account (Registration Link) with e-mail address and password used for abstract submission step. REGISTRATION BY E-MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  5. Click on the Register button at the end of the process. You may log in to the system later to make changes up to the registration deadline. After the deadline, changes will not be possible.

  6. After you register online, the corresponding author will receive a registration number and confirmation of reception via e-mail. Please refer to this number in all correspondence regarding the registration.

  7. For more than three Posters or two Oral presentations by one participant, please contact the Technical Secretariat (Contact Link).

  8. The registration fee is per person. VAT is included in the registration fees.

  9. Participants should pay at source the fees charged (by bank or other payment methods) in addition to the registration fees.

  10. Please ensure that the name of the conference, the name of the participant, and the online registration number are stated on the payment methods.

  11. Payment of the registration fees can be made via the following methods:

    • Credit Card: the information is detailed in the online registration form.

    • Bank transfer (the full amount without any deduction should be paid, including the bank's transfer fees). Bank account information is detailed in the online registration form. Payments by Bank Transfer should be made to the bank as detailed below stating that the transaction is for “ICSEAT-2023 (name of the participant and registration number)”.

    • Note: Payment by bank transfer requires more processing time than payment by online money transfer.

  12. A copy of the Bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

  13. Registration only will be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the deadline indicated. An e-mail validating your registration will be sent after receipt of the required fees.

  14. Please contact us if you have not received confirmation that your registration has been accepted.

  15. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by the registration deadline will be scheduled for presentation and included in the Conference Program.

  16. The possibility of publication of your full paper in proposed journals will occur only after the registration fees are paid.

  17. If registrants are unable to attend the conference for any reason, by arrangement with the registrar, they may substitute someone else, e.g., one of the co-authors or someone from the same organization. Therefore, the registration fees are defined according to the participants (See table above*). Please contact the Technical Secretariat (Contact Link).

  18. All cancellations must be requested online (Contact Link). In the case of cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately, the registration fees are not refundable.

  19. Guidelines for preparation of presentations will be sent to the corresponding author. The instructions are listed in the following link: Submission Link.


The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to initiate legal claims against the Organizing Committee or the OCRSR Group if the conference is modified or cancelled due to sanitary, political, or economic decisions or events or anything attributable to force majeure.
